About The Position

The Sales Operations Lead is a highly visible role. The role is a key pillar in the the global SMB sales teams, and is responsible for helping crack the most important strategic and operational issues facing the SMB Business.

This is not a just an analytics role, you will have pipeline responsibility and revenue targets.

This position offers a candidate with consulting, investment banking, finance or sales ops experience an exciting and high-profile opportunity to influence the trajectory of a significant portion of Creadits’s overall business.

Basic Qualifications

  • Experience in financial modeling, data analysis, and the ability to see beyond the numbers to drive sound decision-making
  • 6+ years’ experience within either Consulting, Banking, Finance or Sales Ops

Preferred Qualifications

  • MBA
  • Strong Communication skills, including experience effectively communicating with senior management
  • Experience working in high-growth, performance-focused environments
  • 2+ years of experience in operations or sales management
  • 2+ years of experience working and managing sales teams
  • Experience using and developing reports, metrics and dashboards with Hubspot or other relevant sales metric tools and programs
  • Strong communication skills, including written and verbal communication experience with senior management
  • Experience working in high-growth, performance focused environments
  • Strong project management skills and ability to mobilize cross function teams towards a common goal
  • Deep interest in analyzing data and the ability to see beyond the numbers to drive sound decision-making
  • Able to move seamlessly from big picture thinking to operational tactics

The perfect fit should posses the following:

  • Prior experience in a customer-facing sales, marketing, or sales/lead development role
  • Prior experience executing cold outreach programs to drive awareness and lead generation
  • Polished presentation skills and business acumen
  • Self-driven, demonstrates strong work ethic and internal motivation to reach specific targets
  • Strong interest and desire to learn digital marketing industry
  • Ability to engage and influence gatekeepers, decision-makers, and other customer stakeholders to take action
  • Effective communicator - verbally and written
